Browsing data and analytics

To measure and improve this website we use Matomo, an analytics platform hosted on our own servers (stats.cra-srl.com) and configured to run without cookies. For this reason the site uses no profiling cookies and shows no consent banner.

The data collected, mostly in aggregate form, may include: IP address, pages visited and navigation path, date and duration of the visit, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate geographic location (city/region).

Purpose and legal basis

The processing is intended to analyse how the website is used and to improve its content and usability. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how its own website is used, with the least possible impact on users' privacy.

Where the data stays

Data is hosted exclusively on our servers within the European Union. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not transferred outside the EU.

Retention

Statistical data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and in any case for no longer than 14 months, except for aggregated and anonymous data.
